Judith has spoken to ITV Calendar following her debate on spiking in Parliament this week.
Appearing on Calendar, Judith outlined the need for a single, specific offence for spiking:
"We have got seven specific offences at the moment and the police say that it would help them immensely in terms of prosecuting and charging to have a specific offence of spiking in the law."
"So police are saying that, victims obviously want justice - and at the moment we are seeing a massive 97% of victims not coming forward to bring charges or report their crime."
