Today in Parliament, Judith called on the government to give 1950s women affected by changes to the state pension age “the justice they deserve.”
Judith questioned the Minister for Women and Equalities in the House of Commons, demanding to know “what concrete actions will the Minister now take to help these women?”
Judith has long supported WASPI women, and this week met with campaigners in Parliament.
Judith Cummins MP comments: “It has been a difficult time for WASPI women as they have had to remain silent whilst other groups took legal action. But they are frustrated that they are still no further forward.
“The changes to the state pension age have unfairly affected these women, and I will keep standing up for them until this injustice is ended.”
