Judith encourages parents to have say on School Travel consultation

After fighting hard for a temporary solution to securing bus services for the next academic year for St Bede’s and St Joseph’s School, Judith is encouraging everyone to have their say on the newly launched School Travel consultation by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
The Combined Authority is reviewing the way it supports travel to and from school across West Yorkshire. This consultation runs from Wednesday 23 April to 23:59pm Wednesday 11 June 2025.
The questionnaire is open to everyone, but they particularly want to hear from you if you are:
Currently in secondary or primary school
A parent or carer of a child currently in school
Responding on behalf of a school
