Judith backs the Bulls after best season in years

Judith has praised the Bulls on this season's performance while the club reflect on their latest IMG ranking and believe modernisation of Odsal stadium is key to taking the club forward.

In a club statement, Bradford Bulls said:

"Yesterday’s illustrative IMG Grading score ranks the club as 14th on the grading ladder, behind all the 2023 season Super League clubs, as well as Toulouse."

"That grading should leave no one in any doubt that the single biggest impediment to getting our club back to the Super League is the absence of an appropriate 21st century facility."

"Our relatively strong and strengthening scores in the other four grading pillars (finances were 61 per cent and performance, hampered by being in the Championship, was 43 per cent) clearly demonstrate the progress the club has and continues to make in recent times."

Commenting on the news, Judith urged for stakeholders to work together to build a bright future for the Bulls in Bradford:

"Fans are rightly proud of the Bulls' performance this season. Yet the IMG's illustrative grading for Bradford Bulls makes it clear that the club is being held back by the dire need for the modernisation of their historic Odsal Top home."

"Sporting success brings pride to our communities and prestige to our city. But, for the Bulls and Bradford to thrive, investment in our sporting facilities needs to match that ambition."

"That is why, earlier this year, I established a working group that brings key partners together to find a viable way forward for the Bulls in Bradford.

"All parties must do everything they can to secure the top-tier Rugby League that Bradford deserves."
